The newest edition to the lineup is expected to be available in the summer of 2023. These new Mustangs are faster and more customizable than ever before.
Inside the 2024 Ford Mustang
The infotainment console is now a curved touchscreen dual display which some may love and others may hate, as all knobs are gone. It’s 13.2 inches and hooked to Ford’s Sync 4 and an optional wireless charger to avoid cords cluttering your space.
Adding to the futuristic tech are voice controls. Drivers can use either Ford Streaming or Alexa from Amazon to avoid having to touch the touch screen, which will be great for those who might be wearing gloves in colder climates or who want to avoid distraction.
The wheel will match the racing sports car atmosphere the 2024 Ford Mustang is going for, with a flat bottom allowing for high performance, handling, and control.
The exterior and specs of the 2024 Ford Mustang
While there are expected to be five trims available, the newest Mustang is the Dark Horse model, expected to be the most expensive of the lineup. An estimated, $55,000, according to Car and Driver.
The Dark Horse is to have a 5.0 Liter 500 horsepower Coyote V8 engine.
This makes the Dark Horse the most powerful Mustang ever. Some other new additions are a Drift Brake for use on tracks.
The starting price is expected to be $30,000 for the base trim, an Ecoboost with a 2.3-liter turbocharged engine. Though exact pricing isn’t expected to be released, along with more details like how much horsepower the non-Dark Horse Mustangs will have, until summer 2023.
